Every year, something wonderful happens across Audley Villages and Mayfield Villages: homeowners and teams come together, roll up their sleeves, and throw themselves into a full week of fundraising fun, all in aid of The Audley Foundation.
This year Elysian Residences, part of the AEM Living Group with Audley and Mayfield, are also getting involved in the fundraising.
Foundation Week is exactly what it sounds like: seven days of fundraising events across all villages and residences, with a completely different event on the calendar each day. Whether you’re a keen baker, a dab hand at table tennis, or simply love a good excuse to dress up, there’s a fundraising event you can take part in.

What’s on this year
Across the week you can expect bake sales, fancy dress days, quizzes, a table tennis tournament, car washes, a sponsored walk, a craft sale, and an experience raffle. And a few homeowner favourites are making a comeback too: Sponge the GM, Beat the Goalie, and the ever-popular Dunk the GM. There really is something for everyone – whether you want to take part, observe from the sidelines, or simply dig into your pocket and donate or buy raffle tickets… it’s all for a good cause.
Why it matters
In previous years, Foundation Week raised an incredible £15,000 in just seven days, contributing to a total of £67,000 raised across the year. That kind of money changes lives – and it only happens because homeowners, corporate partners, families, friends, and colleagues choose to get involved.
Every penny raised goes to support causes that matter deeply to our communities, including The Care Workers Charity, Dementia UK, Streetsocks, Guide Dogs Charity, and the Chatty Benches initiative. These organisations do vital work supporting vulnerable people, and your support helps them do more of it.

Get involved
Foundation Week only works because people show up – to bake, to dress up, to get soaked, to walk, to donate, to buy tickets. However you choose to take part, you’ll be helping to change lives across some of the causes closest to our hearts.
