Age Concern GX Plus recently shared some wonderful photographs from their Over 80s Christmas lunch, a heart-warming event made possible through the support of a donation from The Foundation, funded by monies raised at Audley Chalfont Dene.

The charity enjoyed a very successful year in 2025, continuing its vital work supporting members of the local community through a wide range of services. Thanks to the donation of £1,106.75, Age Concern GX Plus has been able to continue its programme of monthly talks, its much-loved singing group for people living with memory loss and dementia, and its hugely important information centre, which offers guidance, reassurance, and practical support to those who need it most. We are delighted that funds raised at Audley Chalfont Dene have helped to make such a meaningful difference.
