AUDLEY SPIRIT AWARDS 2023
The Audley Spirit Awards were created by Audley Group to recognise the staff within Audley Villages and Mayfield Villages. These include team members to team leaders and are the individuals who keep the villages running smoothly and help the owners to live better for longer.
The event took place on 15th November in the West Midlands and wow, what an event that was. Over 100 guests were in attendance – General Managers, the senior leadership team, award finalists and, of course, the winners!
This year, Audley Group introduced the Values and Culture Awards, and a new award to recognise a member of staff that has shown incredible support to The Audley Foundation. John Nettleton, Trustee and Chair of the Foundation was delighted to present the award to Jo Meakin, Sales Manager at Audley Binswood.
Jo is a devoted supporter of the Audley Foundation and this year she joined colleagues from across the country to participate in the Blenheim 7k Fun Run.
The fundraising event raised a fantastic amount of £2996.00 with Jo personally raising £1080.00 of this.
We are incredibly thankful to Jo and all of the staff members that support the Foundation throughout the year.
